Offshore staffing pricing is often deliberately murky — setup fees, markups, “per-project” rates. The dedicated model is simpler: one all-inclusive monthly fee per person, varying by role and experience. Here's roughly what each role costs so you can benchmark any quote.

Admin and support roles

Administrators, virtual assistants, data entry and customer-support roles start from around £950 per month all-inclusive at junior level, rising to roughly £1,600 for senior. That's full-time, dedicated, on UK hours — against £2,600–£4,100+ for a fully-loaded UK equivalent.

Finance and accounting roles

Bookkeepers, accounts assistants, credit controllers and AP/AR staff start from around £1,150 per month at junior level, up to roughly £1,850 senior. Qualified accountants run higher — £1,250 to £2,500 depending on level — still 50–70% below UK cost.

Executive assistant roles

Dedicated executive assistants run from £950 (junior) through £1,250 (mid) to £1,600 (senior) per month, depending on the seniority and complexity of support you need.

Marketing and creative roles

Specialist roles — SEO, PPC, social media, content, design — typically run £1,400 to £2,200 per month depending on discipline and experience, reflecting the higher UK salaries for these skills.

What the fee should include

An honest all-inclusive fee covers salary, workstation and equipment, office and facilities, HR and employment costs, and UK account management. If a quote excludes any of these or adds setup and “management” fees on top, factor those in when comparing.

How to sanity-check a quote
